We believe that economic and social well-being are at the very core of human success. Recognizing this crucial interrelationship enables us to build optimal solutions by addressing root causes.

Because no two communities are exactly alike, Partners—a 501(c)3 not for profit—brings a diverse set of strategies to each endeavor. These can range from linkages—creating virtual and national stakeholder networks among civic groups, and catalyzing action for joint community awareness campaigns with businesses—to researching and delivering practical information that bolsters local nonprofits. Whether we are training, creating webinars or disseminating public information to schools or area governments, all our work forges collaborations for transformative change.

Youthbuild. Today, Partners provides vital technical and strategic support to Youthbuild Grantees—nonprofit organizations, cities and agencies—across America that engage in youth workforce development and leadership.

Our newest program area brings together business, government and civic groups to help all stakeholders share in local economic gains.

cidi For nearly 20 years, CIDI has worked with the public, corporations, government agencies, foreign embassies and others to improve appropriate disaster relief around the world.

DOL YouthBuild Sustainability in Newark, NJ Meeting Registration

Partners is proud to announce its selection by the US Department of Labor as the YouthBuild Organizational Capacity Technical Assistance Provider. We, together with our project partner ICF, will conduct organizational capacity efforts for several hundred YouthBuild grantee institutions throughout the US which provide at risk youth with opportunities to make educational gains and attain high-demand vocational skills to achieve economic self sufficiency. Partners will foster the success of these community-based grantee organizations in program and financial management, securing of refunding and other donor support, as well as strategies for growth, entrepreneurship, dynamic partnerships and sustainability.
