Community of Practice

The online YouthBuild Community of Practice (CoP) is a shared electronic space where YouthBuild grantees can share resources, experiences, lessons learned, plan events and much more!

A CoP is based upon the idea that learning is social and that we learn and create through conversation and relationships. It's a process of learning for a group of people that share common focus, goals and interests.

The YouthBuild CoP provides a venue to develop new relationships, share knowledge, nurture new knowledge, leverage best practices and stimulate innovation. This password protected environment fosters continued collaboration and problem solving, where users can support each other in implementing successful programs, sharing tools and fostering partnerships. You will gain exposure to an array of tools that will help you plan for the future of your program and improve the sustainability of your organization.
